Order Processing Time

- This is the time interval from when a customer places an order to when the seller hands over the order to the delivery service.
- After the order is processed, delivery will take 3-10 business days. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in batches. Order processing can take up to 3 business days, and shipping may not occur until the next business day. Estimated delivery times may be affected by weather and holidays.
- Our warehouse operates only during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we will take measures to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

- Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (depending on your location)
- Tracking Orders

  - After your order is shipped, you will receive an email. We will provide a tracking number (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Note: During peak periods or holidays, shipping times may be longer.
  - Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  - If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Beyond Delivery Time

- Please note that all shipping costs and delivery times are estimated amounts and may vary depending on location and product availability. We will do our best to provide accurate and timely shipping information, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or errors.
- If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@mukiya.com, and we will promptly confirm the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

- If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can help you cancel the order. If you have paid but the package has not yet been sent, you can cancel the order before the goods are delivered. We will provide a full refund.
- Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If your order is canceled, we will provide a full refund as soon as possible.

About Taxes

In rare cases, your government authorities (not our website) may charge tariffs on your order, which you will need to bear yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we cannot control the customs authorities of your country or any other country.
