Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and Australia.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns must meet certain conditions: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For customers located outside the United States (including Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and Australia), please contact our support team before sending the item back. Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address if necessary.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package.

We do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

In such cases, Mukiya may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and purchase a new one when the return is accepted.

EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union (including Germany) and the United Kingdom, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

International Returns

For customers located in Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and Australia, return shipping costs may vary depending on the return reason and local shipping carrier.

If the return is due to product defects, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, Mukiya will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (for example: change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
